Our Play & Nature-Based Curriculum

We are a Montessori-Reggio Emilia inspired school.
We have created a curriculum that empowers and helps children reach their developmental milestones using a Montessori and Reggio Emilia-Inspired curriculum in their day-to-day lives. We strive to ensure that all students' cultures be shared and that children can connect socially and emotionally with their peers through play. We expose kids to the elements day to day. We let students touch grass and dirt and encourage them to play outside, we base most of our STEAM projects by using plants. We think of this as a great way to develop their sensory and fine-motor skills.

By implementing STEAM into our curriculum, students get a feel for what they may want to become later in life and develop skills that they can use in Primary or Secondary school settings. By introducing them to the different STEAM subjects (Science,
Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math) students get a grasp at what different career choices they can have and what they can do on as a hobby or personal interest.
